The woman who helped me was really friendly, and the place was fine overall. One thing to know: if you need to go out, they shut the door and you'll have to find a staff member to let you back in. Hot water isn't available all day, either, so tell them if you're planning to shower.

It's a peaceful, central place in Quetzaltenango, a good choice if you need somewhere quiet for the night. The facilities are good, the service is excellent, and the price is hard to beat. I'd recommend it to travelers with little luggage or anyone just passing through.

Safe, clean, and in a great location, it's a lovely spot to unwind. You can treat yourself to a delicious ice cream, or get a rich hot chocolate when the weather is cold.

They promote one price, then seem to ask for the original, higher price when you go to use the service. Check the price with them ahead of time to avoid an unpleasant surprise.
