Breakfast was great, and there was always coffee around. The grounds were immaculate, with that old monastery history you can almost smell. The staff were so kind, especially Carmencita. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon.

The place was beautiful and welcoming, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The staff's attention deserves a 10 out of 10. My one concern was the water at night: sometimes you have to ask the security guard to switch on the pump. A water tank might prevent that inconvenience and keep guests from going all night without water.

The restaurant menu is quite limited, and its prices don't match the service. The hotel itself is beautiful, but our triple room felt a bit small and had neither a fan nor air conditioning. Also, the pool isn't lit at night.

It's a really nice place, though a few details need attention. The sink was leaking, we could have used more pillows, and the restaurant isn't open on weekends.
