Our room on the second floor was spotless, smelled nice, and had hot shower water, good WiFi, and plenty of easy-to-reach outlets. Check-in was simple, and reception were friendly and helpful. We needed somewhere quiet before our morning FRS flight, away from the noise on Flores island, and this new, well-equipped place suited us. It’s behind the gas station across from FRS airport, with a guard at the gate around the clock. We didn’t have to hand over our ID cards, despite a message suggesting they’d be checked and kept. The parking area is gated overnight, roughly 2300 to 0530, and the area felt safe for a walk or run, even late.

Traveling through Central America as an American family, we felt right at home here. The units are modern and cozy, with lovely appliances, strong WiFi, and great air conditioning. It’s clean and close to Mundo Maya airport, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommended!

We got confirmation a couple of days before arrival that there was a room for us, but when we showed up, they said there wasn’t one. The woman on the phone acted as if they’d already told us, which they hadn’t. I showed proof that we’d never been informed, and they still didn’t offer a solution. That’s unacceptable. I won’t come back, and I can’t recommend this place.
