It's a beautiful property and we had a great stay, despite some of the negative reviews. We did find spiders, likely because some rooms aren't used much, but the staff were so kind and accommodating, especially Ingrid, and sorted it out quickly. The sheets and towels were clean, and there was hot water. It's a bit far from Santiago, though a Tuktuk into town is easy and costs 10 quetzals. The property and experience make the distance worthwhile. We hope it stays open and more tourists come. It seems like a lovely place for couples or families to relax, and could make a great wedding destination.

The menu doesn't offer much choice, but the food was good. The bedroom was very clean, and the staff were kind and provided good service.
