I had a good stay and would recommend it. My first room's shower wouldn't heat up; they tried to fix it right away for about an hour, then moved me to another room with hot water and an even better view. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a hair dryer, water bottles, Netflix, heating, and air conditioning. Some rooms have an amazing volcano view, and the pool is beautiful with a great view too. I only wished there were a shaded spot to sit in a lounge chair up there. There was also quite a bit of construction at and near the hotel.

The heated rooftop pool was such a nice treat, and the rooms are gorgeous. Palmera Dorada is a fantastic luxury hotel, with volcano views from almost every direction. You can pick between two restaurants, and they also offer tours. A luxurious, enjoyable stay, highly recommend!

I've been coming here for over a year and have never had a bad experience. The staff are super friendly, and the whole place has a luxurious feel, especially with the expanded bar. It's right in the center of Santiago and has an amazing view of the town. You'll definitely feel bougie here. For food, Volcanes has a diverse menu, while Hotel Mana serves more classic à la carte dishes. Both are exquisite, depending on what you're in the mood for.
