Save your money. The place was old and dirty, with stains on the walls, bathtub, sheets, and mirrors. The sink barely worked, the stove was unclean, and there wasn't even hand soap. The AC was rusty, and there were dirt and crumbs all over the floor. The shower was filthy too, with a black tub bottom, so I never felt clean, even after washing. I didn't want to take my shoes off and felt dirty the whole time. The sweet woman at the front desk was the one good thing. The photos don't show how bad it is. Spend your money somewhere you can enjoy.

I had a 13-hour layover in Guam and made the mistake of spending it at this so-called hotel. Stains were everywhere, on the bed, floor, bathroom, walls, and mirror. They were dark and unsettling enough to make my skin crawl. I wouldn't let a stray animal sleep there, never mind a paying guest. The sink had electricity but no running water, so what was I supposed to do with it? The AC looked rusted and untouched since the 1980s. It rattled like an engine on its last legs, blew hot air, and made sleep impossible. I spent the night sweating in a stained, moldy-feeling box. I felt dirty just being there, and cheated after paying for it. This place should be condemned, not rented to tired travelers who need rest. If it's your only option, sleep at the airport. I wish I had.

I've stayed here twice now. It's a decent, affordable spot a short way down the street from the airport, and worth considering if you're only in Guam briefly. The rooms are basic, but mine had a fridge, stove, microwave, and other kitchen items I wouldn't have expected. You can actually cook a meal in the room.

I spent about six nights here. The building and my room looked old, but everything still worked properly, and it gave me the place to rest that I needed during my time in Guam. The employees were friendly, helpful, and professional, and knew how to deal with guests. I'd recommend it for business trips, budget travel, or a stopover, and I'd stay here again.

Handy place for a layover, with reasonable rates and rooms equipped for stays both short and longer. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs $25 cash.
