Service was a real strength: the staff were consistently friendly, attentive and helpful, with thoughtful care for families and special requests such as allergies. We appreciated the complimentary minibar and in-room water dispenser, and breakfast had both great quality and variety. Our room was spacious by Hong Kong standards, modern, spotless and comfortable, with good bedding and a well-designed bathroom. The heated toilet was especially nice in January, when it was around 11-15°C. Waking up to the panoramic Victoria Harbour view was a highlight. The hotel is family-friendly, too. It's in Hung Hom, a little away from the main tourist areas, but Whampoa MTR station is a short walk away and there's also a shuttle bus. Kerry Hotel gave us modern luxury, good value and excellent service. A strong choice for business or leisure, and highly recommended.

The beds were huge and so comfortable that we all slept really well, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The ferry was right outside the Hong Kong Kerry Hotel, making it easy to get to the island. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back when we're in Hong Kong again.

We had a great time in Hong Kong and at The Kerry Hotel. The gym was spacious, packed with equipment and had a lovely view. The facilities were great, especially having the sauna, steam room and spa included. From the pool, the view out over the harbour and the whole city was amazing, and the hotel's view overall was exceptional. 😎

We've stayed at Kerry Hotel a few times and keep coming back to the attentive, genuine service. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and inside the hotel, and it's an easy walk to the subway station. The rooms are spacious and the location is great. We'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

We were disappointed with our stay for our 5 year anniversary in Hong Kong. When we arrived, the staff didn't tell us about the hotel's services or amenities, and they weren't as accommodating as we'd expected. The room itself was nice, clean and spacious, though the spa is separated for men and women. The hotel is quite far from the centre. We also paid the security deposit by card, and at checkout were told it could take 30 days to come back, which I find ridiculous.
