The Silveri Hotel Hong Kong - MGallery Collection

Seeing some of the same team members at check-in and around the hotel after more than a year made the return feel especially welcoming. I came back to The Silveri for my second stay and was comfortable again. On both visits I had the same specific request about the bedhead direction, and the staff listened carefully and treated it seriously. They had been the only hotel willing to understand and accommodate it during my first visit 14 months ago, which I really appreciated.

We stayed for 10 days in June 2025 as a family of three, with our 1-year-old baby. The room wasn't huge, but that's understandable by HK standards. It was clean, had the crib we requested, and housekeeping took care of it daily. After our tiring 26 hr flight, Ada at the front desk was so understanding when we arrived before check-in and checked whether an early room was available. We were very grateful. The hotel is linked to three shopping malls, so it was easy to go downstairs for different restaurants and shopping. The MTR station is just a stone's throw away. The shuttle took about 10 minutes, and the driver was courteous and punctual. Breakfast was fresh with lots of choices, though the same food for all 10 days became a bit repetitive, so rotating the options would help. We'll be back next year, and highly recommend it.

Grace, the Director of Rooms, personally welcomed me and showed me two room options so I could get the best stay possible. I ended up in a Junior Suite with a balcony, and the soundproofing was excellent. I didn't hear a thing. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the elevator goes straight into the outlet mall, with a supermarket and several places to eat. I was in town for an early flight and wanted to stay near the airport, an easy 10mins via Uber. I wasn't sure the hotel would meet my expectations, but the team was extremely welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. Kate from the Club Lounge was charming and caring, and the lounge was a great place to work or relax. Thanks for a short but wonderful stay!

The location is handy for Lantau Island attractions like Disneyland, NP 360 Cable Car, Tian Tan Buddha, Po Lin Monastery, and Tai O. The hotel is right in Citygate Outlets, with lots of shops and restaurants offering crazy discounts. But if you're planning trips into central HK, such as Causeway Bay, YMT area, Central/Admiralty, or even Sha Tin, I'd avoid staying here, since the commute can take around an hour or more. We took the cheapest room, the urban oasis room, and even that was 26-27 m^2, very impressive for HK. I'd expect larger rooms to be good too if you're willing to pay more. It had the basics, including USB and HK-style plugs, a coffee machine and 3 free coffee capsules each day. The small fridge had snacks and drinks, but those cost extra. The curtains close with a button, which is rare in HK, though common even in 3-star hotels in Mainland China. I could see the airport and planes taking off and landing, a big plus for an avgeek. The concierge team were very attentive, and the airport shuttle was convenient. We were also checked in at 12 PM, earlier than the standard time, which was fantastic.
