The Luxe Manor

The breakfast was decent and included with our booking. I especially enjoyed the Eggs Benedict, and the western options seem to be their strong point. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, too. This was our fourth visit to The Luxe Manor, after enjoying an earlier stay, and we had a pleasant time again in January 2026. Our room was clean, the shower pressure was good, and the wooden combs and toothbrushes were enough for us. Like many hotels, they’ve stopped providing plastic water bottles; there was a jug in the room and a Watsons dispenser near the lifts. I didn’t get a close-up photo of the amenities, unfortunately. Alan at reception patiently kept working through the tedious SIM card registration with us until it finally went through. Thanks so much, Alan. Concierge Cary also helped arrange a taxi to the airport. We’d happily come back to Hong Kong and stay here again.

The staff made a great impression, always friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Venus, who took time to help sort out my mobile internet connection. I stayed for three nights with my cousin. The room was clean, though a little small and dark, and the amenities felt somewhat limited. The location was really convenient for shopping and good restaurants.

On our last day in Hong Kong, Mdm Cary patiently went over the different ways to get to the airport from luxe manor hotel. She explained them clearly and quickly checked maps and prices for me. Really professional, five stars to her. We chose a 6 seater taxi in the end. She contacted the driver, confirmed all the details, and let us leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout. It was kept in a safe place. The driver was nice, and his car easily fit all our bags. Damm good, I strongly recommend him.

We had a wonderful stay, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location worked well for us, with restaurants and shopping centres nearby. When we mentioned at check-in that we were on our honeymoon, the staff surprised us with a room upgrade. My husband’s family was travelling with us, and they upgraded their rooms too and put us all on the same floor. It made things much easier and made the trip feel extra special. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Chris, who I believe may be the manager, was especially attentive and caring. Thanks to the whole team. We’d gladly stay here again.
