Kew Green Hotel Mongkok Hong Kong

The rooms are spacious enough for two large suitcases, and everything is spotless. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Fido, who kindly brought our luggage up to the room. I’ve stayed here three times now, and it’s never let me down. It’s reasonably priced and in a great location, so it’ll be our first choice when we’re back in HK to see family and friends.

I accidentally left my Octopus card in the lobby, and Mr Thomas Chow found it and returned it to me. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, and they even let us check in early when we arrived ahead of time. Our refurbished room was clean and had no cigarette smell. The location is very good too. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

Mr. Fido Lam helped us with everything we needed at the hotel, and the staff were welcoming and kind. The room was really clean, with housekeeping coming every day. Great place to stay. I’d come back next time I’m in hongkong 🥰

We really enjoyed the view from our room, and the location made getting around especially convenient. A couple of things could be better: the bathroom glass lets you make out the showering person’s shape and state of undress, which could feel awkward if you’re not close with your roommate. Also, sound insulation isn’t great, and we could clearly hear the neighbors talking through the bathroom wall. Neither issue bothered my friend and me too much, though. William at reception got our stay off to a smooth start by arranging early check-in as soon as we arrived, and there were no other hiccups over the long weekend in Hong Kong.
