Right in the city center, so it was easy to get everywhere. The room was clean, the bed was huge, and the staff were really nice and polite. Great value for the money, and I’d recommend it to solo travelers. I’ll definitely come back 🙏😍❤️

This is inside Chungking Mansion (Little India), and I didn’t feel safe there. The elevators took a long time, and the room was so tiny I couldn’t even open my suitcases. There were two cockroaches in the room. When I turned on the ventilator, a horrible food smell from the restaurant came in. It was really bad. I texted Mendy at the hotel, but she didn’t respond and didn’t want to compensate me. Don’t stay here. They’re also paying for good reviews.

The prices were very affordable, and the rooms were clean. The staff were attentive and accommodating, and we felt safe the whole time. It was a wonderful experience overall.

I had a booking, but before I could leave for Hong Kong, my hometown in the Philippines was hit by a 6.9 earthquake, so I couldn’t travel and asked for a refund. After a lot of back and forth, they returned only 16.00 USD from the more than 146.00 USD I’d paid. How can a business lose its humanity over 130.00 USD?

You can get to the MTR easily from this guest house, and there are lots of shops nearby. Still, staying here wasn’t comfortable for us. I was with my nine-year-old son, and the room was far too small. It might suit a solo backpacker on a budget, but I wouldn’t really recommend it. It’s inside Chungking Mansions, which honestly felt like a market. The building was scary to enter alone.
