The first three days were okay. Staff were friendly at first, and they gave us a decent room for four nights. We only had enough cash for three nights then, and they agreed we could pay for the last night later. On the evening before that fourth night, the owner suddenly wanted to move us because we hadn’t paid yet. They had already packed our belongings without asking. They then asked for more than the amount previously agreed for the final night. We refused to pay extra, and they accepted the original amount. The replacement room looked better at first but turned into a nightmare: cockroaches and smaller bugs were crawling around, and the toilet didn’t work. There was no staff around late that night, so we couldn’t complain. They seemed nice initially, but I felt they kept trying to get more money from us, and the place wasn’t clean. Avoid this place. The whole building had rats, roaches, and trash everywhere.

The location is convenient for getting around, but the room was filthy and moldy. There was unknown debris on the beds, a foul smell, and the smell of smoke and ointment everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend it to travelers.

Never book here. Even after offering what looks like a good deal, they seem to want more money from you. There was a strong storm signal in Hong Kong and no way for me to arrive, but they wouldn’t offer a rebooking. Instead, they told me to book again and pay again. Stay away from these scammers.

The location was very good, but the facilities were poor. My room was too small, and the air conditioning didn’t work during my last stay. Staff promised to fix it but did nothing. There was also quite a bit of noise at night around the reception desk. I booked one room but was given a different room in another block. It was a bad experience.
