Check-in was handled efficiently, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. The room was spotless, bright, and laid out well, with cozy bedding, complete facilities in good condition, and a bathroom stocked with quality amenities. There were no unpleasant smells, and the whole place felt carefully maintained. Getting around was easy from this convenient location. Everything from the surroundings to the service exceeded my expectations, with great value for money. I’ll choose this hotel again next time and recommend it.

The kids’ play area was a nice extra after lunch, and the toilets were fine. We came with a local tour on Feb 26 for the lunch buffet. There was a broad range of food, though only a few choices of each item, probably because it was lunchtime. The taste was decent, and thankfully nobody had stomach problems. The place was clean, staff were friendly and kept replenishing the food. Tea, coffee, and canned drinks were free-flow, and the desserts changed around and tasted nice. They had sashimi, shrimp, and mussels, but no oysters.

I liked the little cafe on the ground floor best. The coffee was good, the seats were comfortable, and it’s a pleasant spot for a get-together or business. I had smoked salmon on a croissant with an Americano, and it was great. Everyone from the front desk to room and food service was kind and caring. Thank you 🙏 I’ll definitely come again.

There’s a good choice of restaurants in the hotel building, and the buffet breakfast is reasonably priced. The location is quiet but still easy to get around from, with lots of bus and mini bus routes to Shatin New Town Plaza and Tsim Sha Tsui.
