Getting into my room was a hassle. I had to swipe the access card and enter a code, but it took too many tries, and I couldn't get anyone to help with the card. The rooms are tiny, and the place felt more like a boarding house than a hotel.

For a solo traveller or a couple on a budget, this could work. Families or anyone with more to spend and looking for extra comfort should probably look elsewhere. We arrived to check in at 3:30 a.m. after a late flight. There was some miscommunication with staff, but otherwise the stay was acceptable. The room was clean, though cramped, as is common in HK. If you're particular about soap's smell or feel, bring your own. I found the service less friendly than I would have liked, and felt as if I was in the wrong just for staying there. That's generally how Hong Kong felt to me.

The rooms were small but clean enough. Staff weren't very friendly, and the building overall didn't seem very clean.

The price for what you get is excellent. The man on staff was really kind, answered my questions, and tried to help, even though the staff only speak English. The woman was rude and woke me at 8:00 a.m. Bring earplugs, because she was awful.
