I found the hotel useful for short stays and would stay here again, though prices vary a lot. At the higher rates it doesn't feel worth it, but HKD 740-840 seemed like decent value. The rooms are modern and reasonably sized for Hong Kong, with comfortable beds, universal power sockets, a safe, hairdryer, tea and coffee setup, bar fridge, small table and chairs, and a Smart LCD. The Smart features can't actually be used with the way it's configured, which is a bit ridiculous. The bathroom is small, but the rainfall shower also has a handheld Rose, and the water pressure is pretty good. There isn't a pool, and there's a convenience store across the street. Service was clumsy. I asked for a 30-minute late checkout and was initially refused, which seemed like a poor approach since everyone was downstairs waiting to check out at the same time anyway. After I complained, another staff member approved the extra time. There was still a queue when I went downstairs. Four Points by Sheraton Tung Chung is a large, modern hotel.

Raymond really helped us out when we arrived with six bags, including ski gear, after a month of travelling. He gathered everything, got us organized, and loaded it all onto the shuttle himself. He went well out of his way to make our stay special. The free shuttle runs to and from the airport and rail station, which made getting around so easy. Great hotel and location.

The rooms do the job for a short stay, though they're compact and don't feel spacious. Bigger rooms would make the guest experience better. Staff were adequate, but I expected them to be more welcoming and considerate. Service was reasonable overall, with room to improve.

My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with wide views over Lantau Island and the sea. For food, the hotel has Tung Chung Kitchen for buffet dining and Harbour Lounge for casual bites. Citygate Mall is just steps away, with places including Paradise Dynasty, Oolaa, La Vista, Ebeneezer’s, and others. Sunset Grill at the Sheraton next door is an option for rooftop dining and panoramic views. There are plenty of sights around Lantau Island: Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car goes to the Big Buddha, and Tian Tan Buddha and Po Lin Monastery are cultural landmarks. Hong Kong Disneyland is a short ride away for families and kids. Nature lovers can head to Sunset Peak or Lantau Peak for hiking. Citygate Outlets has international brands at discounted prices. For the best views, ask for a higher floor. The shuttle also connects quickly to the MTR. I had a fantastic stay, and the comfort, convenience, and location make this a smart choice for a layover, business trip, or sightseeing.
