Hotel Casa Inn del Valle

When I tried to get into the pool, its only step ladder was missing a step, and I scraped my knees. The old air conditioners were loud and woke me each time they turned on. In my opinion, the hotel hasn't invested in upkeep since I visited a few years ago, and it isn't properly secured. There's one security guard and two entry points. People can walk in through the front door, wander around the pool and restaurant, steal belongings and leave. A man was standing in the pool area on a call early in the morning, when only employees were around. In the video I showed management, he then walked straight over to my belongings, reached underneath everything and took my phone as if he knew it was there. Management wasn't sympathetic after seeing the footage. It gave the appearance he was being helped by an employee. I don't feel the place is safe. There are better, safer options for less in San pedro sula.

Small and clean, with okay wifi and great staff who were willing to help. I didn't try the food and wasn't expecting much. It's an affordable place for business travelers looking for a night's stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for big families. Nothing extraordinary.

A good place if all you need is somewhere to sleep. It’s not pricey, either.

The free breakfast and helpful customer care were highlights. The hotel is across from McDonald's and City Mall. It's small, but did what I needed, and was very clean.
