Apartments Melita

The location is great, with the beach and a nearby shop and bakery only minutes away. The owners were friendly and easy to talk to, and I recommend them. The small apartment is just right for two, with a clean, tidy layout and nice furnishings. There’s a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, air conditioning, and a table with bar stools. The kitchen has everything needed, including appliances, dishes and kitchen towels. There’s also a shower bathroom, a parking space and a small terrace in front.

Never pay in advance! I booked the wrong place and told them within an hour, asking them to refund the amount charged to my card as a matter of fairness. They refused twice by email through booking.com and kept the money. It may have been legal, but it showed no good intentions. I left the fully paid booking uncancelled, and they responded with harassing phone calls. I don’t recommend this place. It wasn’t guest friendly. There was nothing good about the experience.

We didn’t even have garbage bags or any guidance about where to take the rubbish, and the staff were unfriendly. When we left, they sent us off with a written “Thank you for leaving your trash in the apartment.”

The owner was polite and helpful. The apartment is really close to a beach where you can swim.
