The rooms were good, the price was good, and the staff were helpful. The beds were a bit narrow, but fine. Breakfast was quite good too.

The rooms seemed very basic at first, which was a bit disappointing, but they were cosy on the whole. There are free toiletries, a gym and laundry service if you need it. Breakfast was great, and good food was served throughout the day until midnight!

I stayed for three nights and am already looking forward to coming back. My day trip meant leaving at 6:20 in the morning, and the staff kindly packed breakfast for me that early. It felt like home. The staff were super hospitable, and they offer free luggage storage. Breakfast runs from 7 to 10 a.m., with a huge range of options for me. The restaurant serves a great variety of food at reasonable prices. The location is quiet, about 2 km from the old town, and there are a few shops nearby. The property is a newly built student dorm and hotel with very modern architecture. I could spot it from my flight just before landing at Dubrovnik. The price is reasonable for the facilities.

The room felt small, and the price seemed a bit high for what you get. For some reason, my room was never cleaned, though it wasn’t dirty, and fresh towels would have been nice. Metal poles cover all the windows, so there’s no view and it feels a bit claustrophobic. Still, I’d give it a well-deserved 4/5. There’s a lot to like: the restaurant serves nice food at reasonable prices, cheaper and tastier than 90% of the old town restaurants, and breakfast has plenty of variety. The TV works, which most hotels’ don’t, and the AC was very good, something you need in a country where it’s over 30 degrees. The location is quite good, with a few convenient shops nearby, Bellevue beach about a 15-minute walk away, the old town 35-40 minutes on foot, and the mountains around 30 minutes away for hiking.
