City Residences

The hosts were quick to reply and well organized, and check-in and check-out were smooth. When I realized I'd left earrings behind, they immediately sent a photo to confirm they'd found them and offered to mail them back at their own expense. That hospitality was above and beyond. The room was spotless, with a big comfortable bed, modern well-kept bathroom, and a fridge that kept everything cold. The city view was beautiful too. It's a great location, a short walk from the Old Town and several beaches, with a bus stop right outside for trips to the Old Town, Cavtat, and the airport. I had a great experience at City Residences in Dubrovnik and would absolutely recommend it. Thank you again!

The huge bed was especially comfortable, and the rooms are generally high quality and well designed. The room size is probably the main drawback, along with too few places to hang wet towels or clothes. There were also very few plates and pieces of cutlery. You need a bus to get to the old town, so the location isn't ideal. One suggestion for the owners: improve ventilation around the fridge cabinet, as the fridge currently overheats and cools very weakly.

Great location and good service, with cleanliness and comfort as the main strengths. The bed was nice with a back stand, and the TV was big. I'd recommend this place to tourists visiting Dubrovnik.
