The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and had a really comfortable bed. We also had a great view of the ocean. The receptionist was lovely and explained everything we needed to know about the hotel, Dubrovnik, the Old Town, and buses. She was sorry when we waited 20 minutes for her to return to reception because she was fixing a shelf. The hotel includes a gym and sauna in the price. The gym isn't well equipped, so there's not much you can do if you want to work out. The sauna was fun to use, though it's like a regular home sauna rather than a professional one and only fits two, maybe three, people. You need to turn it on yourself and wait at least 15 minutes before going in, or it'll still be cold. The location is high up, so you'll be walking stairs down to the city and back up again. Still, I can definitely recommend it. Good value for money.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the view was amazing. Staff were friendly too. I'd happily stay here again.

We booked a room with a jacuzzi for our anniversary, but it wasn't clear which room actually included one. For two nights we paid 180 euros, which felt overpriced for a place about a 30-minute walk from the old town, up in the hills. The shower never got properly hot. The water was lukewarm at best, close to room temperature, and turned cold after about a minute. Wi-Fi and mobile reception were both very weak. The bed was too soft for me, so I had to sleep on the couch. We raised these problems with the property manager, who wasn't very accommodating and offered no alternatives. They kept saying that was just how the water system in Dubrovnik worked, but we found out that wasn't true. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially given the price and location.

The receptionist was kind and helpful, and the location made getting around easy. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town and 20 minutes to the other side of the city. The hotel actually looks better than its photos. Everything felt clean and cozy, and the bed was high and super comfortable. They even supplied two kinds of pillows.
