Really affordable, with everything close by. From the apartment you go down the steps to the beach, an old café, scenic viewpoints and the bus to the old city. The owner was really, really nice. I stayed four days and had a superbbbbbbb trip.

The beach is 163 steps away 😉😜😁, and it’s 163 steps plus bus 4 to the old city. Free parking worked for us. Good WiFi, a nice owner and air conditioning, which was very useful when it was 32 degrees outside.

The woman who welcomed us was lovely. She talked us through the map and where to go. The apartment was clean and tidy, with air conditioning that was amazing in the heat, and it suited our whirlwind Dubrovnik trip perfectly, with a couple of beds to rest on. It’s handy for a bus stop, though the many steps down to it could be tough if you’re not fit. Really enjoyed our stay and can’t fault the place.

The owner is lovely and helpful, and the price was good. There’s a nice view from the balcony, and it’s about a five-minute walk down the stairs to the beach. Really couldn’t complain.

The owner was very friendly and explained the key points of interest in the city and how to reach them. The guest house is within walking distance of Lapad Beach, with the old city a short bus ride away. Bakeries, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants are nearby, so finding food is easy. The rooms are clean and adequately furnished, with enough kitchen facilities for cooking, plus washing and TV. It sits on a hill overlooking houses and holiday apartments in the distance. The main drawback is the 180+ steps up to the apartments.
