Heritage Hotel Dea Hvar

Hvar’s a cute town, and the hotel is charmingly tucked into it. The service was wonderful. They helped us carry our bags up all those steps, called the ferry company when our boat was canceled, and pointed us toward restaurants on the island. We also loved having freshly made breakfast every morning. A quaint, comfortable place to stay, highly recommended.

Even though we only stayed one night, we had a fantastic experience from the moment we booked. About a week ahead, they emailed to ask when our ferry would arrive so Mate could meet us at the terminal and help carry our luggage. That was excellent service. It’s a clean, quaint B&B-style hotel in the heart of Hvar town, about a minute’s stroll from the ferry terminal and close to shops and restaurants. The owners clearly take pride in looking after guests. The rooms are small but clean and modern, and the included breakfast was delightful. Definitely recommend it for a convenient, central stay in Hvar.

The family who runs this hotel clearly cares about their guests. Thanks to all the staff for making our three-night stay so memorable. They meet you at the ferry and take your bags, and if you arrive early, they’ll even offer you breakfast. Nothing seems like a problem. Our room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The location worked perfectly for us, far enough from the waterfront bars to sleep peacefully. Breakfast was excellent too, with eggs made to order, coffee and crepes. The staff were pure professionals, and I highly recommend this place.
