Filip Apartment

We rented an apartment for four for a holiday from the Czech Republic. It takes 50 steps to reach the beach, and it's beautiful. Parking was great, just 20 meters from the accommodation. The landlord is a nice guy. You can rent sun loungers on the beach directly from Filip Apartment for €5 a day, but we managed seven days without them, always finding somewhere to hide. The kitchen is fully equipped, though there's no oven. We had 100 hours of free air conditioning and still had 50 hours left on the last day, so that was enough. A shop and bakery are about a 700-meter walk away, and the city is around 1 km away, a beautiful walk at an easy pace. Sandy beaches, no mess or sea urchins. Great for kids!

The hosts were friendly, and the accommodation was excellent: clean, comfortable and nice. The sandy beach has shallow water, which is practical with small children.

We enjoyed every moment here. The apartment is right beside the sandy beach, neat, and has a lovely sea-view balcony. It has all the basic appliances you need. Mrs. Martina was kind and helpful, both when arranging the appointment by phone and when we met at the apartment. I recommend it.

Apartment no. 4 was clean, and the owners were friendly. From the large terrace, the view of the beach and sea is impressive. There was plenty of space on the sandy beach, with room for four whether we went out at 10 a.m. or noon. Omiš center is about a 20-minute walk away. The apartment had a bedroom, a small room with a double bed connected to a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and the big terrace, which had a table, four chairs, a sofa and two more chairs. I recommend it.
