Amorino Apartman Studio

The apartment was spotless and comfortable, and we slept very well in the comfy bed. We stayed at Amorino apartment on November 10th 2024, and I was extremely satisfied with everything. I’m surprised by the negative reviews, though perhaps the building hadn’t been renovated at that point. The facade had been completely renovated, and the apartment on the 1. floor was well equipped. We booked at the last minute through Booking, then I found the owner’s number online and called her directly because it was such short notice. She arranged everything immediately, gave us the better apartment upstairs even though we’d first wanted the smaller ground-floor one, and let us check in that same morning. The house is on a busy street, but the windows and insulation kept the outside noise out. The kitchen had all the utensils and spices, plus very good olive oil, and there were extra towels in the drawers. There’s no washing machine, and parking is a bit tricky, which could be a problem for some, but we didn’t need either. The location is great too, just a 5-minute walk to the city centre. I’d definitely book it again.

The hosts were friendly, and the location is great. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The only positives were the air conditioning and stable internet. The rest was a disaster, and we were extremely disappointed. The room was tiny and felt shut away, with such small windows it was hard to breathe. It was dirty everywhere and looked like it had never been cleaned. The cupboards were full of spiders. We were too disgusted to use the plates, forks, or anything else. The walls were cracked from humidity. I even wondered whether they were paying for these high scores.

The floors were dirty and there was mold. The woman on the phone was very rude, and there wasn’t enough hot water for a bath. I won’t be coming back.
