A good option if you want a basic, affordable studio. The town CENTRE is about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is just a few minutes away. We had a great balcony and an incredible sunset view from our room. Our host was very accommodating when we arrived late. I’d recommend it.

The room was clean, with an OK-sized bathroom and room, decent Wi-Fi, and covered parking. There’s a fan overhead, which is a nice touch since there’s no AC. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is fairly priced. AC would have been nice, and the water boiler could have been cleaner.

Nice rooms, and a nice area too.

It’s an easy 8-10 minute walk to the center, and the street itself is quiet. Having private parking is a big plus in Rovinj. The hosts were friendly and attentive, and the place was clean, modern, and well equipped. Very good value for the money.

The balcony view was magnificent, and the room was spacious, cozy, and clean. The sea, old town, and supermarket were all within walking distance, so the location was convenient too. Our hosts welcomed us and treated us like family, which was such a pleasure 🥰 I loved the whole place!!!!
