The apartment was much larger than we expected, even bigger than my first flat, and everything was clean with comfortable beds. We only stayed one night, but the friendly hosts made things easy by SMS and in person. The owner's mother met us, showed us around, and explained the apartment and what was nearby. The old town and beach are around a 20-minute walk; it may be less, though the heat made it feel longer.

The owners were really helpful, even lending us umbrellas, and the apartment was kept neat and clean with towels changed regularly. The location worked well too, just three bus stops from the old town, at 11 kuna per person.
