The location made it easy to get around Split, just minutes from the main square, boat excursions, and pretty much anything we wanted to do. The neighborhood itself was quiet and quaint, with cafes, lovely walking routes, cobblestone streets, and friendly people. From the street you can walk up the hill for an amazing view across the city. Toni and Ksenija also helped us choose outings and places to eat. We had incredible fresh local fish just around the corner, and such a treat to share wine with the owner and staff after closing. Our family of five adults had a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to Toni and Ksenija, who were super hosts in every way. Their home is modern, clean, and very well equipped. It's on the building's top floor, with sea views from the main bedroom and balcony, and views of the ancient city from the living room and other bedrooms. They take real care to give guests what they might need. They greeted us warmly and even saved a free parking spot nearby. After a long travel day, we were so happy to find wine, beer, water, and chocolate waiting for us. Truly amazing, hands down our best accommodation in Croatia. Thanks for such a lovely stay. If we return to Split, we know where we'll stay :)
