Bosket Luxury Rooms

We had to find somewhere else to stay straight away because the place was completely uninhabitable. There was mold in the shower, animal waste outside, dirty linens and curtains, and a fridge that hadn't been cleaned. Hotels.com handled the complaint poorly, offering only a small voucher instead of a refund despite clear photo evidence. The hygiene and service were extremely poor. This was a completely unacceptable experience at Bosket Luxury Rooms. Do not stay here!

There were six of us in three rooms, and we all came home with bed bug bites. The cleaners aren't doing a thorough job. If you want to end up covered in bites, this is the place.

The photos on Booking show a large TV, but ours was small, crooked and didn't even work. There were smudges on the walls and mold in the shower, and communication with the host was poor. We left, but they still charged us and refused a refund. Avoid this place.

The room was cool thanks to aircon that worked well, and it was clean apart from a few bits of plastic here and there. Staff were friendly, and the location is within walking distance of the city centre. But payment was cash only, which hadn't been mentioned beforehand. The room wasn't well soundproofed, so hallway noise carried through. The window wouldn't close and the roller shutter was broken, making the noise problem worse. The staff were very friendly, but we weren't happy with how the owner handled the incident.
