The location gets 10/10 from me. The walled town is just a few steps away. The room was pleasant, clean, and quite smart, though not luxurious. It sits above a noisy bar with loud music late into the night, and the fridge made a lot of noise too. Getting in was difficult because I hadn't received the entrance location or door code. I also wish they'd provided plain tea and coffee sachets instead of the disgusting flavoured ones.

We stayed in July 2024. Ivana was quick to respond and helpful. The room was well sound insulated, so it was easy to sleep in or get a good night's rest. Lovely spot on the north edge of Old Town, with everything you might want a minute or two away on foot.

The location puts you right in the old town, though the streets are noisy, so keep that in mind. The service, entrance, and registration were all easy to manage, and the place was very clean with everything you need. It wasn't cheap, and our room and bed were small. With bigger luggage, finding somewhere for your things takes some effort.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the location in the city center was excellent. The host was friendly. But the noise was brutal. It's in a party and tourist district, with loud music and drunk tourists shouting until 2 or 3am, then loud delivery trucks at 5:30. The windows are good, but I barely slept, maybe because it was Friday. The curtains didn't block enough light, there was no physical lock on the door from inside, and we only had sheets, no proper blanket.

Andrijana was a superb host, so kind and helpful, and made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The location in the heart of Split's old town is amazing. Totally recommended if you want to spend some time there.
