The room was clean and the WiFi worked well, and the old town and harbour are just a five-minute walk away. The bed, though, was uncomfortable. There’s a kitchen, but only at limited times. The main issue was the single bathroom shared by four rooms, with no separate toilet. Toiletries were meant to be provided, but there was only a little shower gel left by previous guests. On checkout, all four rooms were leaving at once, so the bathroom wait was extremely long.

The hosts were lovely and helpful, and they opened the parking lot whenever we needed access to our bicycles. We stayed two nights, and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. The place is also very close to the old city.

I only spent one night here, but came away with a good impression. The guest house is nicely kept, and the owner seems friendly. The cats are a huge bonus, and I was amazed by the massive collection of books in the room.

The land lady made us feel very welcome, thank you. It’s a cosy, respectful, and perfectly adequate place to stay, close to the center of Split Old Town. We recommend it!
