We were meant to have a two-bedroom apartment, but on arrival the woman said it was no longer available. She said she'd found another one, but asked us to cancel our Booking reservation for free and pay her cash for the replacement. She wanted the cash before showing us the place, so we insisted on seeing it first. We all went over together, and the apartment was a long way off in a bad neighborhood. Inside, it was extremely dirty, nothing had been cleaned, and it felt like someone was living there. We refused to stay, and she said she had nowhere else for us. She had pressured us into canceling through Booking, so after that we couldn't do anything. At 11 p.m., we had to look for somewhere to stay in a city we didn't know, with a very small budget. Far from the worst experience of my life, but please avoid Kuny Apartments. It felt like a trap.

We stayed there in summer, and everything seemed fine until we got back to Spain. We booked through Booking.com and used my card as a guarantee, but paid with my husband's card. We were surprised when a charge showed up on my card at the end of September, especially since a similar one had appeared on his card too. We've been asking them to reverse it since September 24th. They're polite, but nothing's been resolved, and I don't think it should take a month.

I'm a neighbor upstairs at Iza lože 7 in Split. This is a 31m² apartment in a residential building where people live, not a hotel, despite the name "Kuny apartments". The landlord advertises it as 40m², even though it's 31m², and while its permit allows 2+2 guests, he usually packs in 7 to 8 people. The landlord is the one damaging the quality of this three-star accommodation. Disgusting, I don't recommend it. As the neighbor upstairs at Iza lože 7 Split, I can say the same thing: this 31m² flat is in a residential building, not a hotel. "Kuny apartments" rents units in buildings where people live. The owner advertises the Iza lože 7/2 floor apartment as 40m², though it's 31m². It is permitted for 2+2 guests, but he usually puts 7 to 8 people in it. The owner himself ruins the quality of this three-star accommodation. Disgusting, I don't recommend it.
