Marmontova Luxury Rooms

The owners were so friendly and welcoming that we felt right at home. I was also pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade to a room with a lovely city view. It was modern, nicely decorated, and immaculately clean, with great air conditioning and impressively fast WiFi. The location is perfect for the price, which makes it excellent value. I'd happily stay here again.

It's easy to walk to the wharf, the old city centre, supermarkets, the beach, a laundromat, and a Uni Rent rental cars. The room is modern and clean, with air conditioning and electronic security locks, though it is quite small. It's on the 3th Floor of a heritage building, so there's no lift and you need to be fit enough to carry luggage upstairs. The nightclub across the road was noisy until 10.30 on Saturdaynight, but the double glazing helped.

The bed was super soft and comfortable, and the room was lovely, right in the heart of Split. You can get to everything quickly and easily from here. Party goers wandering past can make it loud at night sometimes, but I'd still come back and recommend it.

Our hosts Ivana and Adriano were so lovely and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with original stone features picked out in the decoration. They're in a historic building near the Diocletian Palace complex, about a two minute walk from the harbour front and within easy walking distance of all the city highlights. There's so much to see and do, and we'll definitely look to return. Thoroughly recommend.
