Priska Med Luxury Rooms

I booked two days through the Booking program. The reservation said there would be a balcony and a small lamp, but the location was different from what I expected and there was just a room. When I told them, they said they didn’t know and that there was a problem with the door. That night the room door wouldn’t open, so I was stuck outside. I called at 12:30 at night more than 30 times, but nobody answered, and I ended up sleeping in the street. The service was very bad. Drug dealers asked me for 50 euros for cola and water. The worst hotel and the worst.

The room was dirty and had a horrible smell. Staff seemed to know about it and gave us a diffuser, but it didn’t help. They still refused to refund us, so we had to move to a different hotel. The entrance was awful too, with graffiti-covered walls. We arrived during normal check-in hours, but there was no staff, so we had to wait for someone to come and check us in. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and elegantly put together, with care given to the details. Staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help make the stay comfortable. The location is excellent for getting to the main attractions. Priska Med Luxury Rooms is a good choice if you want five-star accommodation at reasonable prices.

We checked out the same evening, deciding it was better to lose the money than let the stay spoil our trip. We couldn’t spend more than half an hour in the room because sewage smell came from the bathroom. Outside the room, it smelled of cigarettes. The service was very unsatisfactory. The receptionist seemed to feel no need to be pleasant or helpful, and came across as rude and arrogant. The building is surrounded by an unofficial car park with no organization or safety, and the setting didn’t feel much like a holiday. As the name suggests, it’s a number of rooms in a shared building with other businesses, not a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it.
