I got absolutely no attention as a customer. My travel plans changed, so I tried to contact VINKO APPT to cancel the reservation I’d made through booking. I heard nothing back, no message, email, or call. After spending 45 minutes talking with a booking supervisor today, I realized it had been a waste of time. I’ve never felt so ignored by hotel or apartment staff.

It's an easy six minute walk to downtown Split. The apartments are amazing, if a little small, but they have all the essentials: a washing machine, small kitchen with a little stove, big fridge, hairdryer, and more.

The apartments are clean and close to the city center, with nice equipment. The staff are very helpful too. Having A/C is a must in Split's summer heat.

Great views and only a short walk to the center. A really good place to stay while visiting Split.
