West Coast luxury apartment

There was nowhere to park when we arrived, so we had to move the car, and it wasn't in a safe place. The building was old, covered in graffiti and had no elevator. We had to carry our luggage up to the sixth floor. The apartment was old and dirty, with the beds in the living room and only a small cooking area instead of a kitchen. The bathroom was dirty, there were cracks everywhere in the walls, and the whole place smelled bad. I was sneezing constantly and couldn't breathe in there. The balcony looked over a drug corner, had no light, and an underpass was what they called a “sea view.” How could anyone feel relaxed there? The apartment was nothing like the photos. It was terrible, and we couldn't stay even one night because it was impossible to sleep there. The woman took our money without giving us a receipt and didn't want to give it back. What a shame, and such poor behavior.
