For a studio, it was basic but had what we needed: a full kitchen with cooking essentials like oil and salt, a sofa bed, a nice new bathroom, and a small outdoor seating spot. It was very clean. Since it's on the ground floor, though, ants gather around any crumbs left on the counter. We didn't mind. There was a faint damp smell from the kitchen plumbing, the only downside for us, but it was bearable. Trogir center is a short walk away, although the return is very uphill. A car is recommended for getting to any beaches.
