Apartments Stojanovic

We’d agreed before leaving the Czech Republic that we could check in around 8 a.m., but in the end we weren’t let in until 11. We had to wait near the beach with our two families and small children. The apartment was in disastrous condition. We’d paid for 11 nights but left after 5 because the cesspool started stinking through the whole place, and the smell kept getting worse. The food in the fridge smelled bad too. We called the operator, who said it would pass. After a long discussion, we learned this had happened several times before. We agreed he’d send us a bill for the nights we’d cut short. I’m sorry to say that by January 2020, months after our August 2019 stay, not a single crown had arrived. The owner had assured us he was honest and could be trusted. The holiday was a disaster, we got no money back, and both families came home with some virus. If you can, don’t go there.

The place itself wasn’t too bad, but a lot of little problems added up. The shower head or towel holder kept falling off, and there weren’t enough towels or a microwave, which made things annoying on holiday. The bigger issue was the owner’s friends. Every day from 6 to 10 p.m., they seemed to turn the whole house into a disco at an awful volume. I’m giving it three stars because, with time, those frustrating moments have faded a bit.

Everything is filthy. There are eight of us, and six have stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting. We can’t explain it except that maybe there’s a virus, since a different person was affected each day. We’re speechless. Disgusting, filthy. They don’t deserve even one star.

The photos look nice, but the apartment and its “equipment” are nothing like that in reality. Everything is old, and apparently nothing has been changed since it was built. There aren’t even any palm trees. I’d rather not say more.
