The apartment is a comfortable, well-kept place to return to after exploring. It's clean, maintained with care, and has everything needed for a stay. I've been coming to Apartment Lea Maria in Zadar for several years, and the owner is a big part of why: she speaks fluent German, English, and Croatian, is happy to listen, and offers great suggestions for sights and things to do. From here, it's easy to get to the Old Town, the Sea Organ, and plenty of restaurants serving local food. It's also a handy starting point for seeing Zadar and the surrounding area. Apartment Lea Maria brings together a great location, attentive hospitality, and a cozy feel. I highly recommend it, and think it's well worth supporting.
