Lux Zadar No.6

Our studio had a lovely sea view and plenty of space, with decent cooking equipment, a large flat-screen TV, and good internet. The building is residential and has an elevator, which was a nice surprise in Zadar’s old town. A taxi can also pull up right outside. I’d suggest adding curtains, since the shelters don’t block all the light.

The owners and their staff were easy to reach and happy to help with anything. The apartment itself is every bit as lovely as the photos, with everything we needed and a perfect spot in town. The Mediterranean is just around the corner, and you can even glimpse it through the trees from the windows. Step outside and you’re in the old town, with restaurants, museums, sights, and shops nearby. We’d happily stay again.

Karla made everything easy, sorting out our tours and airport transfers so they all ran smoothly and on time. We’d definitely stay here again on a return to Zadar. The apartment is luxurious and spotless, right by the sea in the old town, and the double glazing kept out the noise. The air-conditioning was a real help during the heatwave. It had everything we could want, including Apple TV and good Wi-Fi. I’d highly recommend this place and the studio next door.

We had a fantastic three days in Zadar. The apartment is in the Old Town, around 200-300m from the main sights, so after parking the car in the free car park, we didn’t need it again until we left. The adjacent side opens onto the seaside promenade, lovely for a jog or an evening walk. There are also upscale restaurants about 50m away, though the apartment has a spacious kitchen and dining area for making your own meals. It’s in a beautiful old Austro-Hungarian building with very high ceilings, and the elevator made getting up from the car park easy. The newly renovated apartment is huge, with quality touches from the floors and furniture to the technology and amenities. Our friendly host welcomed us, handed over the keys, and showed us how to use everything, including Apple TV, the Nespreso machine, laundry facilities, and broadband Wi-Fi. We also got useful tips on places to eat, go out, and visit. I’d recommend it for both business and leisure trips.
