The area felt pretty rundown, and inside, the apartment was noisy from the tram, which made the whole place shake. The bed was poor quality too, with a squeaky wooden frame and a very uncomfortable mattress. I also couldn't get in when I arrived. I’d messaged them on WhatsApp that I was coming by motorcycle and was delayed by a major storm, even sending videos as proof. They said late arrival was fine because check-in was supposed to be self-service, but it wasn't: I couldn't enter the building and had no code or instructions for the ground floor. The host was unhelpful and unpleasant. They also insisted checkout was at 10:00 am even though I asked to stay until 11:00 am. Afterward, they claimed on Booking that I hadn't shown up, apparently to stop me leaving a review, though I stayed in the room and have videos and photos as evidence.

I've stayed there twice over three years, and Maria has been so lovely each time. I always liked her warm smile and the way she treated me. She's an angel, with excellent customer service. I'd give her 20 stars if I could. The place was clean and very tidy, and everyone was friendly.

The apartment has a really nice interior, and the host was super friendly. It's near downtown, around five minutes by tram or about twenty minutes on foot, with parking just around the corner.
