The breakfast was great, and my room was clean and welcoming. The staff were helpful, and the whole stay went smoothly. I really enjoyed my night here. It's a good option in central Zagreb if, like me, you're used to downtown city noise and aren't bothered by it. I'd recommend it.

There was no elevator, which made handling luggage harder than it needed to be. Parking was another problem: the listing said parking was available, but there was no private parking, just a vague suggestion for a nearby lot that had no spaces when I needed one. I had to find parking myself and pay 36 EUR. With accurate information, I wouldn't have accepted that. If I'd known the situation, I would've booked somewhere else. Transparency is the least guests should expect, and it wasn't provided. I wouldn't come back or recommend this place.

The location was great for exploring the city, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful, and I really enjoyed staying here. A fun little touch: it's opposite the museum of hangovers!

Fine for a night or two if all you need is a place to sleep, especially for the price. It's close to the city square, and both the service and breakfast were good.
