The staff were really friendly, and the room was great, spacious, and had a good view. It’s also perfectly placed for getting around on foot. I’d definitely stay here again.

After a long, exhausting drive, we arrived to find only one double bed for the three of us. We’d booked for two adults and our 3-year-old, relying on the booking system’s assurance that the room could accommodate three. I contacted the hotel immediately after booking to ask for a baby cot, but after delayed replies, they said all the cots were taken. When I kept asking how our child was meant to sleep, they stopped responding without offering any solution. Since the booking was non-refundable, we couldn’t cancel, and the situation felt very misleading. A room for three shouldn’t mean a family has to share one bed. The next day there was still no apology, explanation, or attempt to fix things. We felt ignored and disrespected, as if our comfort didn’t matter. If I’d known this beforehand, I wouldn’t have booked. Families traveling with children should think twice before relying on the descriptions here.
