My family and I had a wonderful, almost magical stay here. We had seven rooms, all along the same hallway, which I liked. The rooms were fairly clean, and staff came by daily, though they sometimes missed a room. When we called reception, they arranged for it to be cleaned. The staff were lovely and patient about reactivating key cards when phones or other electronics deactivated them. The restaurant and bar team were respectful, helpful, caring, and understanding, especially Jerry. The food was a little pricey but mostly affordable, and although they didn’t always have everything on the menu, what we could order tasted wonderful. There wasn’t much else to complain about. I’d definitely recommend it.

The location is close to many city sights, and the hotel is gated and well guarded. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was amazing. But what stood out most was the staff. I stayed for about a week and was always glad to see them whenever I came out of my room. I’ve traveled a lot and never written a hotel review before, but this was by far the best staff I’ve encountered. I’d recommend staying here if you’re coming to Haiti.

We had a good lunch here recently, and the staff were super friendly. I can’t speak to the rooms because we didn’t stay overnight, but the food was good, the pool looked inviting, and there’s a cool bar area. I’d definitely recommend it for a business lunch.

The place has a resort-like feel, and its location is fairly central. It’s about a 25-minute drive from the airport, with maximum security, which the city calls for. There’s a restaurant open until 8 p.m., and the staff are always smiling. Rose at reception was very helpful. Recommended.

For the price, the service was hard to beat, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I stayed two nights in a row. The food was great, especially the soup Joumou on Sunday morning. It’s quiet despite being right in the middle of town. The insecticide smell is everywhere, which is the one downside, though in a way it’s reassuring to know they’re taking measures to make guests’ stay comfortable.
