Csalintos Apartman

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The apartment smelled musty and like a cellar, and it was dirty. The owner wanted the full payment up front. Most of the sockets didn’t work, the WiFi was unusable, and every kitchen utensil, right down to the spoons, was red and covered in cobwebs. The bed frame in the wall room kept coming apart, so sleeping on it was impossible. There was running and chair dragging upstairs all the time, even late at night. The yard was dirty and untidy. The owner wasn’t there when we left, so we didn’t get a bill.

We left two days early, and we won’t come back. For this price, we expected more. We barely saw the host, and when we left, he was home but told us to put the key in the mailbox. We didn’t get a bill. The garden was weedy and neglected, with dirty terrace cobwebs and garden furniture falling apart. There was no laundry setup. We had to ask for a sink, there was no clothes dryer, and only about half a meter of rope was strung across the terrace. The kitchen had no usable dishes, just dirty ones. The bedding left us waking up scratching with rashes. The bed frame kept falling apart, and some connectors stuck dangerously out of the wall, with half of them not working.

The room was spacious and stayed cool, but the WiFi was very weak. The sockets were faulty and kept coming out of the wall.

A peaceful spot to relax, and we were welcomed so warmly.
