The reception staff were kind and so helpful, and everything else about the stay was superb. The hostel is in a great spot, with public transport stops nearby that make it easy to reach all parts of the city. Housekeeping could use some improvement. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, they only changed my towels, without cleaning or vacuuming. I’d also like to see more breakfast options. Kudos to the reception team.

It’s an easy walk to Budapest’s central attractions, and breakfast was delicious and filling. There’s also a lovely bar and different events in the evenings. The team were professional and friendly. Special thanks to the receptionists and kitchen staff who welcomed us at breakfast. I enjoyed the stay so much, and I’m sure I’ll come back.

The reception area is huge, and you see people of all ages there. There’s a kitchen guests can use, plus washing and drying machines. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms nice, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. If you arrive before check-in, you can leave your luggage in a room until you need it. The yellow metro line, the oldest in the world, made getting from the hostel to the city center convenient. I also forgot a personal item in the room, and the staff sent it to my home without any trouble. An excellent hostel option!

The hostel was clean and well organized, and the location was great. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks especially to Mr. Okan and the whole staff for the great service. I’d definitely choose A&O Hostel again.

Okan really made the stay special. He was friendly, professional, and helpful, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks to him, I felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was convenient. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel. I’d happily stay here again.
