The staff were all friendly and professional, and the service was outstanding. Breakfast had loads of choices and tasted great. The hotel's facilities were excellent too. They even surprised my mother with a cake on her birthday morning. Thanks to Zsolt for being so kind. We really appreciated it and had a wonderful stay.

Kouba, the manager, made our dinner at White Salon feel both relaxed and special. He stayed attentive throughout the evening, making sure our special needs were taken care of. He was friendly and professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The setting was beautiful and welcoming too. I had a really great experience and can't wait to return.

At New York Café, Budapest, Giougni greeted us with a warm smile and was polite, attentive and easy to talk to. She served us quickly and professionally. Zsolt, the manager, also made us feel very welcome. He kindly talked me through some new options and made sure I was comfortable. Great hospitality all around, with lovely people and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Balázs helped us make the most of Budapest with thoughtful tips on things to do and places to visit, which made the trip feel more meaningful. Krisztina and Zsolt were warm and attentive at breakfast each morning, and the spa team looked after us so well in a calm, elegant setting. We stayed at Anantara New York Palace Budapest Hotel in November. The hotel is magnificent and beautifully cared for down to the smallest details, with historic character alongside modern comfort. It was a flawless stay that we'll remember fondly, and we look forward to coming back.
