His kindness and understanding meant so much on what was truly the worst day. We couldn’t get to Budapest and had to cancel our trip after spending over 12 hours waiting at the border. They’d kindly arranged a later check-in when we asked, but in the end we had to cancel and lost the money. He was such a genuine, wonderful person.

I’ve stayed here twice, and both the rooms and service have been great. The location is excellent, near the city center, and it’s easy to get around on foot or by public transport. I definitely recommend it. Just note that payment is cash only, and be careful with messages on Booking asking you to click links. Apart from that, everything is great.

The location is good, but the cleaning is terrible, if they clean at all. We had to confront the maids after they touched our stuff. The staff could be nicer, though for the price it’s not too bad.

Everything we might need was close by, and there’s a metro nearby to take us farther if needed. The location is perfect. Our room was clean, and the staff were really nice and polite. Totally recommend it!

The staff were helpful, and the location is very nice. But spiderwebs, dust, and rubbish left by the previous guests ruined the room, and the pillows weren’t very good either. That’s the only reason I’m giving it three stars.
