The check-in video made finding and getting the keys straightforward, and there’s a reception area staffed from 9am to 6pm. Anna was lovely and very helpful, as was another gentleman there. The room was spotless and comfortable, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The location worked well for us too. There’s a short flight of stairs before you reach the elevator. We’d happily come back and recommend the place.

The staff were lovely and ready to help with whatever we needed, which made for a really nice stay at Astoria boutique suites. It’s a boutique hotel rather than a standard one, and the design is beautiful. The place was clean and welcoming, with everything within walking distance. The entry codes are easy to follow if you use the hotel’s instructions. You only need them to get in the first time, then you’re given a card and it’s simple. We had a wonderful time 🩷

Everything felt well thought out in the room, which was modern, clean, and nicely equipped. The staff were warm and quick to take care of our requests. It was good value, and we’d be glad to stay again.

The room itself was tidy, with a clean bathroom, fridge, and good AC for the hot weather. Getting in with the codes and keys each time was a little awkward, though we didn’t enjoy that part. Street traffic and emergency vehicles could be loud, and the shower pressure was rather low. The downstairs area smelled like urine, but that wasn’t part of the suite. I read plenty of negative reviews, but most of those issues didn’t match our experience. When you travel a lot, things like these don’t bother you as much.
