Balance Green Door 7

The location is really great. The apartment itself is a very small single room with a small kitchen, a mostly clean room, and a sketchy, filthy entrance. This isn’t a hotel, despite being advertised as one, and they call themselves a "hostel." They say all units have a flat-screen TV, but there’s no cable connected, just a cable plug hanging from the wall. Bring your own towel if you want a comfortable one. The two provided were rough, small, and smelled dusty. For parking, you need to pay in local currency every three hours, or find the one garage less than a mile away.

The room itself was decent, but it looked nothing like the advertisement. It felt like two apartment rooms carved out of a building that's in really poor shape, almost spooky. Service was fine, though all you should count on is a clean bedroom and toilet. The street noise was hard to escape, since the place is right beside the road and the thin window doesn't block much.

It's been more than two weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund. They claimed they'd lost my details, but haven't asked me to provide them again. Customer service has been nonexistent. This feels like a scam, and I'm taking it further. Avoid this place.

We were close to everything, and the room was comfortable with a kitchen. There isn't a reception, but the staff were helpful.
