Breakfast had plenty of variety, and starting the morning with a glass of champagne was especially nice. The room was comfortable, cozy, and clean, with everything ready for guests. The spa is modest in size but very private, with a jacuzzi and sauna for about 2-3 people, which made it feel more relaxing. You can rent bathrobes at reception. Service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The reception staff welcomed us warmly, explained everything clearly in English, and suggested good places to walk around the city. We also got a welcome drink at the bar, a really nice bonus. The price matched our expectations, and we left very satisfied. We'd gladly recommend the hotel.

The room was fresh, spacious, very clean, and quiet at night. Breakfast had a fairly small selection, but everything was fresh, so even after five days it didn't get boring. The waitresses were helpful and approachable. We had a very positive stay. At arrival, a lovely receptionist explained everything in detail and gave us tips about the best places in the city. She was one of the kindest desk staff we've met in all our years of travelling, and we were highly satisfied.

The staff were incredibly kind and polite, and I want to thank them for the surprise birthday cake they prepared for me. The room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, with cozy beds, and the bathroom was perfect and smelled amazing. Breakfast was rich, with lots of options. Our stay was wonderful, and I'll definitely visit again!

The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh choices, just right before heading out to explore the city. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and so well cared for down to the smallest detail. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay in Budapest and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed, and the hotel felt warm and welcoming. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful the whole time. Since it was my birthday, they surprised me with a lovely cake and a complimentary bottle of champagne in my room. Such a thoughtful touch. I had a memorable stay and would happily come back. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone.
